Balancing Spiritual Practices

Rejoicing without reflection leaves little, if any, room for growth, while reflection without rejoicing is the key to a stagnant and sour life. However, a daily dose of both leads to joyous and wonder-filled living.

Amen sister, we need a balance of both as the two are important to help us grow in many areas of our lives and it is healthy. We need to reflect to learn so we do not miss out anything that can help us grow, while rejoicing or venting help us to keep us release whatever it is bottled inside us. God made us like that to enjoy life and to learn.

in Him,
~Lawrence~
